All products are personalized posters printed to order based on information (photos, text, and details) submitted by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit, including spelling of names and correctness of race details. 

3. Intellectual Property

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it, including for reproduction in a printed product, and you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of producing your order. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices for Japan include applicable consumption tax.

5. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or where the personalization content submitted is inappropriate or unlawful.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by international shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
